OUR STORY
We love cheesy, love stories. We love celebrations. We love organization and all the little details. Ever since high school I have loved planning, designing, and checking things off the to do list. I went off to college and explored other avenues of planning, such as festivals, city celebrations, parade organization, and the non-profit world. During the year 2020 I decided that I loved the fun meaningful celebrations. The weddings, the bachelorette parties, gender reveal's, and first birthdays. With that, Dot the i was formed.

I had the pleasure of working with Kayla as our month-of wedding coordinator, and I can’t recommend her enough. We worked with Kayla for our May 2025 wedding and I can’t say enough good things about our experience working with her. She sat down with me multiple times leading up to the big day to help with planning and creating a timeline that we were happy with. She’s VERY detail oriented and helped me plan things I never would have thought of on my own! We got in touch with Kayla sort of late in the game after our original day of coordinator fell through and what an absolute blessing she was. Not only was Kayla instrumental in helping us structure the day beforehand, but she was an absolute godsend day of. This option gives you the works, from helping track down gifts for you wedding party to vendor sourcing and timeline creation plus so much more. We have the details covered so you don’t have to worry! We will make sure that all the i’s are dotted and the t’s are crossed!
Partial Planning
This option is for the couple that has some of the details figured out and has an idea of where they want to start but want a little bit of help along the way and help to get to the finish line. Let us help you with some of the items that you might not want to do! Don’t worry we want to do those things and we will be here to do so.
Month of Planning
Do you have everything “almost” all under control? Well let us take over at the end and finish up those final details so you can relax and enjoy the fun. We will handle all the little things like finalizing the timeline and vendor details, set up, and styling for the day of. We’ll get those t’s crossed for you!
